What is the purpose of the GTG Campaign?

The Growth through Generosity campaign is a spiritual and financial journey for New Birth Community Church members and supporters.  Its purpose is to prepare us to move to a new location so that the vision GOD has given our Visionary can be realized.

What is our Spiritual Goal for the Campaign?

The spiritual goal of the campaign is to develop a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.  Matthew 6:21 says, “Where your treasure is there will your heart be also.”

What is our Financial Goal for the Campaign?

The financial goal is for our members and supporters to collectively give $280,000 or more (over and above their normal giving) to the GTG Campaign.  We believe that GOD uses people to Accomplish His purposes. We also believe that GOD would be pleased by our our ministry becoming a debt-free ministry so we can focus our resources on helping the people of Austell and Cobb County, rather than our resources continuously going only toward debt. It is our prayer that GOD will place our ministry and efforts on the heart of generous donors who love Jesus Christ and His cause.

What are the expectations of the NBCC Members?

To pray, tithe, and give sacrificially (which means over and above your normal giving).  We expect and hope that ALL New Birth Community Church members will participate.

Have we found a new location yet?

We have acquired and moved into a wonderful facility on 10 acres in Austell. But, we are now facing the heaviest construction expenses ever, and we need your prayers and financial support.

How can non-members help with these efforts?

By asking God how you should give to help us liquidate all remaining construction costs, so we may move forward with the work of the ministry.  There are individuals or organizations whom have recently contributed to New Birth Community Church through either monetary donations or through efforts, during our recent Growth Through Generosity Building Campaign. What do I need to do right now?

Pray about the amount that you and your family are willing to give to the campaign… Indicate what you plan on giving on a pledge card over the next few weeks….Begin to fulfill your pledge by paying a “portion of your contribution” on the amount you’ve committed to…or Fulfill your entire pledge!
