Mission:

The Marriage Ministry at New Birth Community Church, is committed to making a difference in the lives of married people by strengthening relationships with God, spouses, families and other couples through discovery of how God’s word applies to marriage, family, work and life.

Vision:

The Marriage Ministry envisions a congregation composed of healthy, strong, loving marriages and families that are built upon Biblical principles.

Purpose Driven Goals:

Worship – Our married couples will express their love for the Lord by worshipping together. They will show love and respect for their spouse.

Ministry – Couples will minister to each other through discussions on the scriptures and applications of these principles to their own marriages.

Evangelism – Our couples will serve as models of healthy marriages for the “unchurched” in the community and thereby lead others into God’s family.

Fellowship – Couples will meet regularly to enjoy the company of other Christian couples. We will have dinners, luncheons, picnics, retreats, theater parties and other times of fun.

Discipleship – Couples will uplift and encourage each other by sharing experiences that will help them to grow spiritually as individuals and as families.
