A.L.P.H.A Teens
A.L.P.H.A. is an acronym for Anointed Leaders Praising and Honoring Abba. It is what we want the teens to accomplish.
Our Confession Statement
This is my body. It is the temple of God. I am fearfully and wonderfully made in HIs image. I am what God says I am. I can do what God says I can do. And, after hearing the Word and accepting Christ into my life, my faith has been raised to another level, and I will never again be the same. Therefore, I will walk in the destiny God has for me, and not what the enemy has planned for me.
The teens recite this as a reminder of who they are and whose they are. It it recited before worship services, rehearsals, Bible study, etc.
Purpose Statement
A.L.P.H.A. Teen Ministry seeks to develop, anointed student leaders between the ages of 12-18. Helping them to KNOW Jesus Christ as their personal saviour, to LOVE Christians and non-believers, to praise and honor Abba (God) with their lives, and to FOLLOW His will.
The A.L.P.H.A. Teen Ministry has been in existence at New Birth Community Church for two years. We are seeking opportunities for growth, in order to help fulfill the five purposes of the church: evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and worship.
